I am a Mobile Notary Public, and Mortgage Signing Agent.  Since 1986 I have provided professional services to

individuals, attorneys, financial institutions, real estate companies, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, medical practices and most anywhere a Notary is needed.

I am certified and background checked and certified annually by the National Notary Association and certified by 123 Notary.

 I am licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in the State of Maryland. Someone holding this license is frequently referred to as a Signing Agent. The State of Maryland requires that in order to legally close a mortgage loan one must hold this license.
