Since 1986 I have personally originated, processed and or closed well over 10,000 real estate/mortgage

transactions.  My depth of experience includes but is not limited to Conventional Mortgages (Both Conforming

and Non-Conforming), FHA, VA, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Reverse Mortgages.

 

I have consulted with builders, real estate agencies, title companies and taught real estate finance classes at

some local area educational institutions.

Unlike most Notary Publics, I am licensed as a Mortgage Signing Agent (Title Insurance Producer).  I have the knowledge and expertise needed to conduct a professional informed closing.  Borrowers are left with a complete understanding of the transaction and a comfortable feeling when the process is complete.
